Right to Cancel:
SCAI PRO LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training class at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be notified promptly, and any payments already made will be refunded in full or may be applied as credit toward a future course, valid for up to 12 months from the original course start date.
Please note that cancellations by the client are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property:
All training materials, content, and presentations provided during the course are the intellectual property of SCAI PRO LLC and/or TÜV Rheinland. They are provided for the exclusive use of registered participants and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared in any form without prior written permission.
Warranty:
Classes will be provided by a certified TÜV Instructor. The Customer must meet all course prerequisites, eligibility requirements, attend all classes, and pass the final test to qualify for TÜV certification.
SCAIPRO makes no warranty that the Customer will pass the final test and receive a TÜV certificate, nor the Customer’s final proficiency regarding the course topic.
In addition, in the event that, due to any circumstances beyond the control of SCAI PRO LLC—including but not limited to decisions, policies, administrative processes, or actions by TÜV Rheinland—the TÜV certificate cannot be issued, SCAI PRO LLC shall bear no responsibility or liability for the non-issuance of such certification.
Limitation of Liability:
SCAI PRO LLC provides training services using professional diligence and accepted industry practices. However, SCAI PRO LLC disclaims any liability for the application or misapplication of the training content by participants in their work environment. The total liability of SCAI PRO LLC for any claim arising from the training shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.
SCAIPRO is not responsible for costs (e.g., travel, lost business or time, etc.) incurred by Customers associated with the class. SCAIPRO’s total liability is limited to the tuition paid by the Customer, and by paying the tuition, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
California state laws will govern the application of these Terms and Conditions.
SCAIPRO LLC is an accepted course provider of the TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Training Program.
